December 9-10 | Announcing Mining Technology APAC- A virtual conference

Dear ,
We are excited to announce the first edition of Indian Infrastructure's virtual conference on Mining Technology APAC scheduled for December 9-10, 2021 supported by SouthEastAsia Infrastructure (11 AM – 4 PM SGT). We hope that this virtual conference will give an opportunity to hear from the leaders in this area in times when travel is still limited.
The Asia-Pacific region is one of the key markets for mining technologies & equipment. The mining industry in the region is witnessing technological disruptions, with the adoption of new-age technologies for sustainable and environmentally friendly mining and improvement in operational efficiencies.
Asia-Pacific is also the largest coal mining market with an almost 75 per cent share in the global market. China, Australia, India and Indonesia, the global leaders in coal production, are increasingly adopting sophisticated mining technologies and digital solutions to enhance output, undertake energy efficient mining, and improve mine design and survey. In the iron ore space, China and India are investing in the latest technology solutions and state-of-the-art machinery to meet the growing iron ore demand.
Apart from this, countries including the Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar and Vietnam with a storehouse of untapped mineral resources including nickel, copper, zinc and bauxite are promoting environmentally and socially sustainable mining practices.
The mission of the two-day conference is to discuss the new and emerging mining technologies in the APAC region, identify the new requirements, and highlight the key challenges and potential solutions. The conference will also showcase the best practices and noteworthy projects and technologies.
The sessions/topics during the two days include:
  • Key Trends and Outlook
  • Industry Showcase and Best Practices
  • Digital Technologies for Mining
  • Focus On Automation and Remote Operations
  • Drilling, Blasting, and Crushing
  • Mine Design, Survey, and Exploration
  • Energy-Efficient Mining
  • Focus On Green/Sustainable Mining
  • Conveyor Systems for Mining
  • Spotlight On Telematics
