The 3rd CIL CSR Conclave concluded with Dr. Bhaskar Chatterjee, former Secretary to the Govt. of India, presiding over the valedictory session. In his address, Dr. Bhaskar Chatterjee spoke on the decade-long journey of CSR in India.
The second day’s session also highlighted our CSR journey, showcasing some of the company’s flagship and high-impact projects. An interactive session with outstanding young achievers added vibrancy to the event.
The two-day Conclave organized on the theme ‘Celebrating a Decade of India’s CSR Legislation and CIL’s CSR Institutionalization,’ witnessed the presence of Dr. C.V. Ananda Bose, Hon’ble Governor of West Bengal; Shri Vikram Dev Dutt, Secretary (Coal), Government of India; our Chairman, Shri P.M. Prasad; Director (P&IR) Shri Vinay Ranjan; Director (Finance) Shri Mukesh Agrawal; CVO Shri Brajesh Kumar Tripathy; Smt. Santosh, Deputy Director General (Coal), Government of India; along with eminent CSR stalwarts from industry and academia.
The Conclave also featured insightful panel discussions exploring various dimensions of CSR, reflecting on its evolution and impact over the past decade.
