The Environmental Information, Awareness, Capacity Building and Livelihood Programme organized a national Workshop on LiFE (NWL 2023) on 30th January 2023 at Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC), Indira Patyavaran Bhawan, Jorbagh Road, New Delhi as part of Government of India’s efforts to steer forward the Mission LiFE launched by Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi, in Kevadia, Gujarat. The workshop, inter—alia, involved interaction with Hon'ble Minister for Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Shri Bhupender Yadav along with launch of various products, eco-friendly calendar, and posters etc. prepared by the EIACP Centres to propagate the idea of LiFE Mission. Stalls showcasing the activities of EIACP Centres and their activness towards Mision LiFE were put up, which was inaugurated by Hon’ble Minister, EF&CC, Shri Bhupender Yadav. A brainstorming session with all the EIACP Centres (HUBs and RPs) to come up with activities, innovations, outreach programmes, nudging practices, etc. on each of the seven themes of LiFE was also held.
