South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), a subsidiary of Coal India Limited (CIL) has organised a Workshop on 'Star Rating Policy' of coalmines on 30th July 2019 at Management Development Institute (MDI), Indira Vihar, Bilaspur. The workshop was organised under the able guidance of Shri Manoj Kumar Prasad, Director (Technical Projects & Planning), SECL. A number of participants from the Institute and SECL participated in the workshop.
The aim of this workshop was to educate and train the Nodal Officers of Star Rating about the function of the web-based online portal developed by the National Information Centre (NIC).
