Captain Yashika Hatwal Tyagi, a Kargil War Veteran & President Award Recipient, Military Inspired Leadership & Warrior Mindset Coach and TEDx & Josh Talks Speaker, visited Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) Dhanbad on 10th October 2023 and delivered a Guest Lecture with an invigorating session and interaction with Bright young minds of the institute. In the exhilarating speech given by Captain Yashika Tyagi, she shared the most nerve-wracking experiences she had throughout her journey. From being the first lady officer in the logistic wing to be posted in high-altitude areas of Leh to serving as an Army officer during the Kargil War while experiencing her third trimester of pregnancy, the journey gave all of us extreme motivation and inspiration. During the session, ma'am held the weak to share her strength and showed how strength and happiness increase with sharing. From tales as a mother to inspiring quotes as a motivational speaker, Yashika Ma'am shared an all-round perspective for one's development.
