A batch of board level executives from various subsidiaries of Coal India completed a specially designed three-day leadership program named “Manthan” from 12th to 14th December, 2022 in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
Shri Vinay Ranjan, Director (P&IR), CIL interacted with the participants on the concluding day of the program and highlighted the importance of planning and perseverance in achieving targets.
The program was organised by IICM in collaboration with SECL. Dr. Prem Sagar Mishra, CMD, SECL was also present on the concluding day of the program.
