Shri Vinay Ranjan, Director (Personnel & IR), CIL inaugurated Coal India’s “1st IR Conclave - 2022” organised on the theme “Creating Business Enabling IR Environment” in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
In his inaugural address, Shri Ranjan stressed upon maintaining trust with stakeholders and harmonious relationship between employees and trade unions with problem-solving attitude.
Shri Keshav Rao, DP - MCL, Shri Manish Kumar, DP - NCL, Ms. Ahuti Swain, DP - ECL and Shri A.K. Choudhary, ED (P&IR), CIL were present in the inaugural session of the Conclave.
Delegates from across CIL, its subsidiaries and SCCL are attending the Conclave primarily organised to exchange ideas on numerous challenging issues pertaining to industrial Relation (IR). Experts from the field of HR and Labour Management will be sharing their insights with professionals attending this two-day Conclave.
