A session on Samadhan Portal and Shram Suvidha Portal was organized at P&IR Dept, ECL Hq on November 25, 2022. The session was addressed by Shri VK Trivedi, Dy. CLC (Central), Asansol actively engaged with the participants, consisting of Personnel Executives from various Units/Areas of ECL and Union Representatives, giving hands-on experience to the participants on usage of the portal.

The session gave excellent insight into the usage of the portals which will help in ensuring all necessary compliances. Union representatives of the company appreciated the initiative saying that sessions like this makes the management more employee-centric and the approaches more transparent. 

The session ended with a Vote of Thanks given by HOD (P&IR), ECL.
