On the auspicious occasion of 46th Coal India Foundation Day, a function was organized on November 1, 2020 at Bharat Cocking Coal Limited. The ceremony was started at the Shaheed Memorial in Koyal Nagar, the Chairman-Co-Managing Director Mr. Gopal Singh, Director, Chief Vigilance Officer and Deputy Director General of Central Industrial Security Force paid flowers and flowers to the martyrs by the Chairman-Co-Managing Director Mr. Gopal Singh, Director, Chief Vigilance Officer and Deputy Director General of Central Industrial Security Force.
A 2-minute silent meeting was organized for the peace of the dead souls of the martyrs. In which BCCL officers, employees and Central Security Force jawans participated.

In the above program, the wreaths were offered by the chairman-co-managing director and directors on the labour statue located at the main gate of the Coal Bhawan.
On the occasion, Chairman-Co-Managing Director Mr. Gopal Singh addressed that we have to achieve the goal given by Coal India Limited. He said we have to take care of the interests of the employees and the people of Dhanbad. Also, we thank the officers and staff connected to our company on the occasion of Coal India Foundation Day. He also informed that about 2600 employees are being promoted this year in the company. He said that the happiness of Dhanbad is dependent on BCCL, so the company also takes care of the interests of the people here.
A special campaign has been conducted in the month of October and a total of 102 dependents have been approved for planning / financial assistance.
Today, on this auspicious occasion, Chairman-Co-Managing Director Shri Gopal Singh presented planning letters to the dependents of 15 former employees. At the conclusion of the program, Chairman-Co-Managing Director Mr. Gopal Singh launched a system called ′′ BCCL Your Dwar ′′ (Dialogue Solution) Complaint Redressal System formed to solve the problems of former officials and employees. Announced the launch of Sports Coaching to train some selected children in various sports with the aim of bringing the hidden sports talent in the project affected people living in the peripheral area of the company. This sports coaching will provide 6 sports - football, wrestling, athletics, hockey, archery, and cycling training to these selected children.
On this occasion, Chairman-Co-Managing Director, Directors, Chief Vigilance Officer and Deputy Director General of the Central Industrial Security Force, all the Headquarters, General Managers and Officers, Staff and Workers Organization were present.
