Every year 22nd of April is observed as the Earth Day and is recognized as the planet’s largest civic event. This year also ENVIS Resource Partner, IIT(ISM) ENVIS Centre at Department of Environmental Science & Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad celebrated Earth Day but as we all are very much aware of the current situation due to the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, so this year World Earth Day was celebrated digitally.

On the occasion of Earth Day 2020 various online competition were organized for all age-group. The online competition included the following events

1. Poster / Infographic Design
2. Poem / Song
3. Drawing
4. Photography with caption
5. Short informative video

The last day for the submission of entries was 31.04.2020 (midnight). In total IIT (ISM) ENVIS Center received 36 Entries, the details of which is mentioned below.
