In the 'Swachata Fornight' at Bodai-Daldali bauxite mine of Balco from May 01 to 15, variety of programme are been organised jointly under aegis of Directorate of Mining Safety, Bilaspur. Under this Chief Guest in the programme was F.I.M.I Officer RB Bhatia was present in Gram Kharod. Balco's Bauxite Mine head Rajesh Mishra and Bhatia apprised the participants about importance of sanitation.

In this programme, the trainees who have completed training from Vedanta Skills School run in Bodai-Daldali, were handed over offer letter from different companies.

The trainees of Vedanta Skills School have also prepared 'Swachata Posters' and the guests inspected the same and presented prizes to best posters. Sunita Kumari and Sharda Dhruv came first, Bharat Manikpuri and Kanchan Kumar came second and Amit Kumar and Tulesh Kumar came third and won the prizes.

Special guest on the occasion was Deputy Sarpanh Gram Panchayat Kharoda Ballu Sigh Dhurve and he hailed organisation of this event by Balco. From F.I.M.I Seetaraman, Pranota Mishra, Balco's - Prashant Pandey, Sangeeta Sahu and other local citizens were present. Assistant Manager Community Development Yogesh Verma conducted the programme.
