Shri Balvinder Kumar, IAS, Secretary to Govt of India, Ministry of Mines visited Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad on December 17, 2015. He interacted with the faculty members, students and Research Scholars at PENMEN Auditorium. He also addressed a gathering of school children at GJLT, in DST sponsored INSPIRE Camp for school children.
