Noamundi | Apr 10, 2015: Indian Bureau of Mines conferred 7 awards in different categories on M/S Rungta Mines’Ghatkuri Iron ore mines in a function held at Park Street Hotel Kolkata under 15th Mines environment and Minerals Conservation week.
Ghatkuri Mines In the category of Among A-2 groups of Mines in overall best , reclamation and rehabilitation , and sedimentation received 1st Prize whereas in Afforestation, Top soil management , installation and use of mechanical beneficiation and publicity propaganda won the 2nd position. The Indianbureau of mines also inspected the CSR activities surrounding the Mines affected areas .
On behalf of Rungta Mines limited Harik Mazumdar Vice-President, Khemlal Jangel, Senior Manager Mines, Subhash Chandra Pradhan Mines Manager and Rishikesh Dutta assistant Manager Geologist received awards from Indian Bureau of Mines RCOM Mantu Biswas in a felicitation ceremony at Park Hotel Kolkata.
