The State-owned mining company Singareni Collieries Company Limited has come up with a voluntary retirement scheme (VRS) on health grounds. It enables the VRS optee on health ground to pass on the baton to a male dependent.
The scheme shall come into force with effect from October 11, 2016 and be applicable to all eligible permanent employees of the company, the company informed.
