Ramgarh | Dec 15, 2016: Union coal secretary Sushil Kumar on Wednesday said the government is all set to focus its coal production strategy on low ash clean for environment conservation as coal continues to remain the prime source of energy in India.
Talking to media persons in Rajrappa area of The Central Coal Fields Limited (CCL), Kumar said that the government wanted to increase clean coal production through cleaning units (coal washeries) in different coal-producing states.
Kumar also laid the foundation stone of an eco-park at Bhujungdih and instructed that the first phase of the park be completed by June 2017.
