Hindustan Copper Ltd has informed BSE that the Ministry of Mines, Government of India vide Order dated October 20, 2016 has nominated Shri Subhash Chandra, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Mines vice Shri Nikunja Bihari Dhal, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Mines as part time Official Director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect and until further orders.
