Chhindwara | April 06, 2016: A labourer died while four others were trapped under the rubble when a portion of illegal coal mines collapsed at Chip House area in Badkuhi about 35 km from this district headquarters today, police said.
As many as 30 miners were engaged in mining work when a portion of the mines caved in all of a sudden trapping five of them. One of them, identified as Ravi Yadav, died while work was on to rescue four others.
Sub-Divisional Magistrat (Parasiya) DR Vilbe and police force from Badkuhi rushed to the spot.
