NEW DELHI | Aug 20, 2015: The central deputation tenure of Manoj Kumar as Chief Vigilance Officer in Coal India Ltd (CIL) was today extended by two years, till July 2, 2017.
Kumar is a 1990 batch IAS officer of Manipur-Tripura cadre.
The competent authority has approved the extension of central deputation tenure of Kumar as CVO, who act as distant arm of Central Vigilance Commission, in CIL, Kolkata for a period of two years beyond July 2, 2015, an order issued by Department of Personnel and Training said.
