National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) was incorporated as a public sector enterprise of the Ministry of Mines, Government of India in 1981.It is Asia's largest[citation needed], and the sixth largest, integrated aluminium complex, encompassing bauxite mining, alumina refining, aluminium smelting and casting, power generation, rail and port operations.

NALCO has invited candidates for the Director (HR) positions. The details fo these vacancies are as follows :

Essential qualification :	Candidate should be graduated with a good academic record from a recognised university or Institution. Candidate should possess at least two years cumulative experience during the last ten years in personal management & human resources at a senior level organisation of repute.
Desirable qualification :	Candidate should possess a post graduate degree or diploma in Personnel management or Industrial Relation as elective subject from a recognised university or institution or Degree in Law or Industrial Engineering.
Method of selection :	Selection of the candidate will be done on the basis of Personal Interview.
